Who We Are
We are a Midwest-based real estate investment firm focused on building a scalable, repeatable platform across acquisitions and development. Our background spans deal sourcing, underwriting, capital structuring, and execution across multifamily and mixed-use assets. We approach each investment with the mindset of a long-term owner and the discipline required to grow responsibly. Our platform is being built with intention and discipline — not urgency.
G7 was founded by three friends with a shared vision: invest in Wichita and help build a stronger community for the next generation. We pursue real estate projects with disciplined underwriting, aligned partnerships, and an owner’s mindset.

Our Approach
Our investments are structured through single-purpose entities with straightforward capital stacks and clearly defined roles. Depending on the opportunity, transactions may include a syndication component raised from a small group of existing relationships. Our capital base is relationship-driven, repeatable, and aligned with long-term execution — not transactional fundraising. We remain actively invested & involved as the managing partner throughout the lifecycle of each investment.
